9. Termination

Either party may terminate this User Agreement at any time. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent. If we waive enforcement of any term on one occasion, that waiver does not prevent us enforcing the same or any other term later. No third party shall acquire any rights under this User Agreement. Belgian law governs these terms and any disputes will be heard exclusively in the Belgian courts. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
